White & Case advises Regnology on acquisition of Invoke

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Regnology Group GmbH (Regnology), a portfolio company of Nordic Capital, on the acquisition of Invoke from private equity investors ISAI Expansion and Sagard NewGen as well as Invoke’s CEO Raphael de Talhouet.

The acquisition of Invoke will further Regnology’s international expansion, as well as the consolidation of its RegTech and SupTech offerings into an integrated regulatory reporting platform. Upon completion, the deal will represent Regnology’s fifth acquisition in less than a year.

Regnology is a leading international provider of regulatory, risk and supervisory technology applications (RegTech, RiskTech and SupTech) and AEOI and tax reporting products, as well as services along the regulatory value chain for financial services. France-based Invoke is a software vendor specializing in SaaS solutions dedicated to financial, tax and regulatory reporting.
