Traianus, a fund that Kryalos manages and that GLP subscribed, received a mid-long term loan of 85 million euros from BNP Paribas for financing a portfolio of logistic assets acquired in 2022 and 1Q23 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The financing facility is a green loan.
Bnp Paribas Real Estate Investment Management (Reim), acquired a logistic site in Verona area (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Dils acted as advisor for the rent of the 88000 sqms asset that will receive a LEED Gold certification. BNP Paribas Reim has aum of 29.7 billion euros. Vincenzo Nocerino, cio, heads Bnp Paribas Reim in Italy.
InvestiRE (Banca Finnat) and CDP Real Asset said that Fondo iGeneration, a platform that aims to build 1800 students rooms in Italy, is operative (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The vehicle will create a 15000 sqms Naples-based students house that CampusX, a firm that belongs to Ernesto Albanese and Stefano Tanzi, will manage. Fondo iGeneration will carry on a first tranche of investments worth 130 million euros with the support of Fondo Nazionale per l’Abitare Sociale (part of CDP Real Asset) for up to 50%. Intesa Sanpaolo is an investor in Fondo iGeneration.
IPE (Imbottiture Prodotti Espansi), an Italian luxury furniture firm that belongs to Ergon Capital, Alto Partners and the Cavalli Family, said it is working on real estate project Volare by Visionnaire (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Volare will be a 2000 sqms mansion based in Dubai worth 100 million US Dollars that IPE and Italian designer Alessandro La Spada projected. The contractors will build the house in Dubai’s Bulgari Compound and end the works in 24 months. Leopoldo Cavalli, the ceo of IPE, said to BeBeez that the company aims to carry on further international projects of this kind with real estate developers.
Alderan, a fund with aum of 1.1 billion euros, signed a sale & leaseback agreeement for a 40,000 sqms logistic asset based in the Piedmont region (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Sources said to BeBeez that FM Logistic purchased the asset and that the buyer aims to increase the size of the site and rent it. CBRE acted as advisor for the sale & leaseback contract.
PHHL Nursing Homes, a fund that Quinta Capital manages, announced the acquisition of an elderly care house in the Italian Piedmont region (see here a previous post by BeBeez). PHHL also said it acquired Villa Fiorita, a company that will manage all the assets of the fund’s portfolio. PHHL set a 200 million euros investment target for the nursing homes sector.
Omni Bridgeway, an Australian-listed provider of legal finance and risk management services, appointed Giacomo Serra Zanetti for heading its Milan bureau as investment manager and senior legal counsel (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Omni Bridgeway supports corporates, banks, law firms, insolvency administrators in credit recovery, judicial and arbitrage procedures. Serra Zanetti previously worked for BonelliErede, Grimaldi, Advant – Nctm, and other top tier law firms and is a registered solicitor in England and Wales.
