ALP.I spa, the new Special Purpose Acquision Company promoted by Mediobanca and 4 managers (Stefano Giambelli, Roberto Marsella, Massimo Perona and Stefano Rangone) raised 100 million euros from investors after having obtained orders for 190 millions and will list on Aim Italia market tomorrow (see here the press release and for a round up of all Italian SPACs raised till now or still in fundraising download here the BeBeez SPAC Report).).
About 45 millions euros came from institutional investors, while the promoters invested 3 million euros in non-voting preferred shares.
To  ordinary shares of the new Spac will be assigned warrants for free in the ratio of 5 warrants every 10 ordinary shares: 2 warrants will be available at the moment of the listing, while the remaining 3 warrants will be available at the momento of the business combination.
ALP.I is advised by Mediobanca as global coordinator and joint bookrunner and byEquita sim as nominated adviser, joint bookrunner and specialist. BonelliErede law firm is the legal advisor while PwC is the auditor.
ALP.I’s Board of Directos will be made of: Roberto Marsella (chairman), Stefano Giambelli, Massimo Perona, Stefano Rangone, Bernardo Bortolotti (indipendent director), Stefano Valerio (indipendent director) e Giorgio Valerio (indipendent director). The auditors committee is instead made by Pietro Michele Villa (chairman), Paolo Giosuè Maria Bifulco, Edoardo Franco Guffanti, Luigi Guerra and Giuseppe Persano Adorno.
