Private equity funds are going to have quite a busy Fall in Italy as about 40 deals are laying on their desks. And all that is happening after 8 months of though work. MF Milano Finanza wrote, using BeBeez‘s database (click here for a pdf table with links to all posts about each deal, please click on the upper right hand window of the web page for English version).
Actually private equity funds’ investments in Italian companies have been 75 already at least, without considering capital increases in portfolio companies and acquisitions by portfolio companies. A figure which is quite good if you think that last year Private Equity Monitor Observatory by the Castellanza University counted 109 new investments by private equity funds in Italy (see here a previous post by BeBeez).
