Blumen Group, an Italian leader in production and distribution of plant seeds, both the three brands  Fito, DueCi and Get Off from German Henkel Group (download here the press release).
DueCi counts four different production lines for plants products (nutrition, protection, beaty and topsoil), Fito is a line for plants care selling in garden centers and hops, while Get Off  is a line of products keeping cats and dogs away from plants.
The three new brands join seven brands already owned by Blumens and the acquisition allows Blumen the possibility to growth its business abroad starting from UK and Hungary where Get Off and Fito are distributed already.
Blumen Group is led by ceo Roberto Tencani and since 2012 has been controlled by the Igi  Investimenti Quattro fund managed by Igi sgr.
“Thanks to synergies that are coming from the acquisition we expect we will reach 35 million euros in revenues in 2016, from 30 millions expected for this year”, Mr. Tencani said.
