Italy’s CheckBonus, a startup providing a mobile  app that incentivizes store traffic awarding consumers who interact with products and offers in-store, sees a shareholdiers reorganizations as Milan-based venture incubator Key Capital sold its equity stake to business angels network Custodi di Successo.
The latter was already a shareholder in the startup founded by Pieluigi Casolari e Yuri Ceschin. Custodi di Successo actually invested in the company last July while Key Capital had invested in July 2013. This is the first exit for Key Capital who will cash in 2.5x its invested capital,  FinSme Italy wrote.
