Came Group, an Italian company producing operators for residential and industrial entrances, car parks and access control systems, as well as developing home automation and intruder alarm systems, acquired Parkare, a Spanish producer of systems and equipment for car parks and parking meters , from private equity funds  MCH and Suma Capital (download here the press release).
Founded in 1980, Parkare is going to reach 35 million euros in revenues this year and counts 200 employees and distributes its products in 20 counteries.
Came Group reached 215 million euros in revenues in 2013 and counts 280 subsidiaris and exclusive distributors in 118 countries. The group is owned by founder family Menuzzo.
Financial advisor for the deal has been Banca Imi while legal support came from Pedersoli e Associati and Gomez-Acebo&Pombo law firms.
