Peuterey casual sport fashion brand is looking for a minority investor, Peuterey’s chairman Francesca Lusini told MF-Milano Finanza. Lusini didn’t say a name of any potential investor but rumors are that Clessidra sgr might be a favorite candidate for the role. But the company is in talks with more potential investors both private equity funds and industrial companies.
Lusini said that Peuterey’s financial advisor for the deal is Deloitte. Peuterey reached 90 million euros of revenues in 2013 with a 13% ebitda margin.
