Danish architectural lighting supplier Louis Poulsen has been acquired by Polaris Private Equity at an undisclosed price, having belonged to the Italian Targetti Sankey Group since 2007, under the name Targetti Poulsen. Price has been undisclosed, but rumor is that the company was valued around 700 million DKK, while it was valued 1,25 billion DKK in 2007 when Targetti bought it from some private equity funds (Polaris included).
