Lithuanian RegTech startup AMLYZE has signed an agreement with Mano Bank to provide the bank with a platform for anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crime prevention. The partnership will see Mano Bank adopt AMLYZE’s technology to centralise customer risk assessment, transaction monitoring, customer and payment screening, and compliance investigations. The platform is designed to automate repetitive tasks, consolidate risk-related information and help compliance teams identify potential financial crime risks more efficiently. The agreement adds another financial institution to AMLYZE’s customer base as the company expands its presence in the banking and financial services sector.
AMLYZE develops software for anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CFT) compliance. Founded in 2019, the company provides SaaS solutions covering transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, sanctions and politically exposed person (PEP) screening, and compliance investigations. Its platform is used by approximately 30 financial institutions across two continents, including banks, electronic money institutions, fintech companies and payment service providers.
Mano Bank provides business loans, payment services, currency exchange, deposits, leasing and e-commerce solutions. It received Lithuania’s first specialised bank licence in 2018 and began operations in January 2019. The bank primarily serves small and medium-sized businesses in Lithuania and international markets.
The agreement comes as Mano Bank expands its services and operations in foreign markets, increasing the need for scalable compliance processes. By implementing AMLYZE’s platform, the bank aims to bring several risk management functions into one environment and reduce the manual workload involved in monitoring transactions and assessing customers.
The system will enable the bank to manage AML/CFT-related information centrally, automate selected routine tasks and organise compliance investigations. This is intended to help specialists prioritise cases requiring closer attention while maintaining regulatory standards.
“As the bank grows rapidly, we want our services to become simpler and more convenient for our clients, and our risk management more effective. Regulatory requirements are an integral part of banking, but meeting them should not create unnecessary obstacles for clients. That is why we are investing in technology that helps us automate processes, identify risk more precisely and focus our specialists’ attention where it is really needed. Our partnership with AMLYZE will help us better balance these two goals – a convenient customer experience and effective risk management,” says Ernestas Šteimantas, Head of AML/CFT Operations and Control at Mano Bank.
The partnership follows AMLYZE’s continued development of its compliance technology. In September 2026, the company introduced Sama, an AI-assisted name-matching model developed in-house and offered as an optional feature across its screening products. The model provides matching scores to support analysts in evaluating potential matches, while leaving final decisions to human specialists.
AMLYZE has been developing its core solutions since 2019 and began offering them commercially in autumn 2022. Its growth has also attracted industry recognition: the company ranked 181st in Sifted’s 2025 ranking of Europe’s 250 fastest-growing startups, recording a reported two-year compound annual growth rate of 132.89%.
“Financial institutions today face two equally important tasks: ensuring a smooth customer experience and managing financial crime risks effectively. Technology makes it possible to achieve both – by automating routine processes, analysing information in one environment and helping specialists make well-founded decisions faster. We are pleased to contribute to Mano Bank’s technology development,” says CEO and Co-Founder Gabrielius Erikas Bilkštys.
The partnership adds Mano Bank to AMLYZE’s growing client network and provides another example of how specialised RegTech providers are supplying financial institutions with technology to manage increasingly complex compliance requirements.
