Available positions include a data center power infrastructure technical program manager role, based in London, Finland, the Netherlands, or Sweden. The role’s responsibilities include working with team members and stakeholders to identify work problems and program goals, and translate stakeholder needs into prioritized deliverables. The successful applicant will also track key program metrics, monitor deviations, and define corrective actions when deviations are critical. Potential pay packets range from €98,000 ($113,300) to €133,000 ($153,700).

Other available roles include a senior lead in energy market development, based in Paris, France. The role’s main responsibilities include the design and direction of energy market development strategy across multiple European markets, including France and Belgium. The successful candidate will lead national-level advocacy on key regulatory files, such as grid connections, network development, electricity market design, and data centers, working closely with trade associations, industry partners, and decision-makers. This will include the drafting of internal energy positions, responding to public consultations, and building partnerships and coalitions that support Google’s energy goals. The salary range for this position is €132,000 ($152,600) to €135,000 ($156,000).

Google is also advertising for a technical program manager, focusing on energy contracts and asset management. Successful applicants will lead end-to-end programs for EMEA energy contracts, utility tariffs, and carbon-free energy deals, removing cross-functional roadblocks. The successful candidate will track Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) delivery, enforce contractual compliance, and resolve complex disputes, regulatory changes, and force majeure events. They will also be responsible for directing budget renewals and deploying AI, machine learning, and large language model tools to automate contract intake and portfolio workflows at scale. The role has no advertised salary range.

The final role advertised within the EMEA energy team is for a team manager and technical program manager for energy contracts and asset management, also based in London. The successful applicant for this role will lead program charters across EMEA energy contracts, utility tariffs, and carbon-free energy agreements. The role will require the successful candidate to utilize AI and machine learning to automate complex workflows and scale operations, optimize resource allocation, and capture economies of scale. This role also does not have an advertized salary range.
