BeBeez Trading Floor roundup with eToro support about the performances of private capital firms listed on global exchanges.
On 28 August, Friday, Fed’s chairman Kevin Warsh said during the traditional Jackson Hole (Wyoming) conference that in September 2026 the central bank could raise the interest rate as US inflation hit 3.75%. Such an announcement prompted reactions ranging from cautious to bearish for private capital stocks.
Zurich-listed Partners Group (+4.7%) and Paris-listed Eurazeo (+3.7%) attracted the traders’ money after weeks of bearish performances. The two groups also made the headlines for a story involving both of them. In August 2026, Eurazeo said it starte holding exclusive talks with Partners Group for the sale of Aroma Zone, a group specialising in cosmetics made from natural ingredients that the French investor acquired in 2021. Eurazeo could fetch 57 million euros out of such a sale (press release).

NYSE-listed private credit firm Blue Owl Capital (+3%) it also benefited from the news of the 2.8 billion US Dollars funding that granted to NASDAQ-listed Australian data centres operator Iren Ltd (fka Iris Energy Ltd – press release).
Some directors of Frankfurt–listed Mutares (-2.8%) sold their shares in the company. Investors also concerned about forthcoming exits. The payment of a 2 euros dividend also affected the firm’s market capitalization. NYSE-listed Blackstone Mortgage Trust (-3.8%) is still feeling the effects of its heavy exposure to the US office sector, which is the hardest-hit segment of the property market.
