With just three weeks until 1,500 founders, investors, and corporate leaders gather at NORDEEP Summit at Dipoli in Espoo on 16–17 September, we are excited to reveal how our two-day main stage programme will unfold across our 8 Strategic Tracks. Designed for clarity and impact, our agenda focuses on a curated selection of critical deep tech themes—structured so you can easily navigate the sessions that matter most to you. Built strictly around technical proof and actionable execution, our program skips standard corporate slide decks to focus on solving high-stakes industry bottlenecks. Every track pairs authoritative expert panels directly with high-density startup showcases, where founders deliver live product validation and their “One Clear Ask.”
Between stage sessions, the venue is engineered for high-intent business. You will be able to step directly into dedicated Deal Room meetings to connect with your next investment, discover future co-founders, and meet key ecosystem leaders driving commercialization on the ground.
Day 1 opens with a sharp look at the global deep tech status quo, analyzing where capital is moving across physical hard tech, sovereign alpha, and high-CAPEX ventures. From there, we dive into Track 1 to unpack the “Sovereignty Shield” with defense and security perspectives from VC leaders at Sentris Capital and DTCP alongside insights from McKinsey. We then transition into Track 2 to explore the industrialization of quantum and future compute. Between sessions, you will see live pitches from DEFINE startups and our first main-stage Global Deep Tech Showcase sprints. Before moving into the afternoon tracks—which cover Edge Silicon in Track 3 and the Green Transition’s “Impact Premium” in Track 4—we will host our signature What We Fund session, where specialized investors lay out their exact capital mandates.
Day 2 turns the spotlight toward lab-to-market scaling, opening with a fireside chat on deep tech commercialization featuring Antti Vasara and Reidar Wasenius. In Track 5, healthcare VCs and scientific catalysts join forces to outline strategies for de-risking biological commercialization. The afternoon accelerates into Track 6 with industrial robotics and kinetic AI, followed by Track 7’s focus on orbital infrastructure and sovereign space intelligence. Day 2 also features reverse-pitching in the Corporate Innovation Arena and additional investor mandate sessions.
We anchor the afternoon in Track 8: Research to Business (R2B) & Deep Tech Commercialisation, featuring a diverse panel of serial entrepreneurs, quantum founders, and early-stage VCs. Industry veterans including Mikko Möttönen (Co-founder of QMill & IQM Quantum Computers), Ion Hauer (Apex Ventures), Mia Brzakovic (Matterwave Ventures), and Lauri Antalainen (President of EstBAN and Founder of Digiwise) will share battle-tested experiences on transforming lab research into global spinouts, navigating early growth, and building effective spinout architecture. We will conclude the day by crowning the track winners at the Global Deep Tech Awards, followed by our 5th Anniversary Reception!
Beyond the main stage, our Discovery Zone offers a dedicated physical stage for functional prototypes, robotics, and hardware. If your startup has not booked a booth yet, we strongly urge you to reserve your spot immediately at early-bird prices, as physical floor space is strictly limited and running fast.
Packed across two high-intensity days, you should definitely have your ticket by now!
