M Core invested 300 million euros for acquiring Italian shopping malls Grande Cuneo (Piedmont), Grande Sud (Naples area), Etnapolis (Sicily), and Brinpark (Apulia) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Reve Asset Management, part of GWM Group, will support the buyer as local partner while Silver FIR Capital created a M-Core Fund I, the owner of Grande Cuneo and Grande Sud, and replaced Savills Investment for managing Panther, the vehicle that has Brinpark. Massimiliano Fuksas designed Etnapolis. Sebastian Macdonald-Hall is the chief investment officer of M Core. Duccio Frosini is a managing partner of Reve Asset Management. Lorenzo Baroni is the ceo of Silver FIR Capital.
Casaforte Self Storage (CSS), a portfolio company of Ardian, invested more than 24 million euros for acquiring assets in Rome, Milan, Bergamo, and Verona (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The Carcano Family owns a minority of the company that retained Apollo & Associati, AndPartners Tax and Law Firm, Deloitte, and SI – Studio Inzaghi. Milano Notai acted as public notary.
Fondo GO Italia III, a vehicle that Kervis manages and in which invested BentallGreenOak (BGO), sold to an undisclosed investor the 19000 sqms BREEAM In-Use Very Good Italian headquarter of Lego in Via Ettore Romagnoli 6, Milan (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Dils acted as deal advisor. GO Italia acquired the asset in 2018 for 27 million euros from Polis that purchased the building in 2004 from Saint Gobain Glass Italia for 19.35 million.
