Coima and BNP Paribas coinvested in Milan’s Torre Diamante (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The asset’s book value is of 400 million euros and belongs to Porta Nuova Diamond Fund, a vehicle in which BNP Paribas poured further resources. Coima retained A&O Shearman, Maisto e Associati and Tremonti and Partners. BNP Paribas received assistance from Chiomenti and KPMG. McDermott Will & Schulte advised the lenders of the vendor. Kohn Pedersen Fox projected 30 floors and 30000 sqms Torre Diamante with a LEED Gold certification. Marco Lattuada is the Head of BNP Paribas CIB Italy and Executive Chairman of BNL BNP Paribas CIB. Matteo Ravà is Coima Head of Fund and Asset Management while Manfredi Catella is the firm’s founder and ceo.
Felix SICAF, a vehicle that Silver FIR Capital manages and for which Lorenzo Baroni acts as ceo, attracted a 150 million euros worth financing facility from UniCredit and Banco BPM for the optimization of the financial balance of Catania-based shopping mall Centro Sicilia (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Silver Fir Capital retained CBRE and Legance. In 2025, Felix SICAF invested 180 million for purchasing Centro Sicilia which has a GLA of 89733 sqms. GWM Group sold the asset. Farallon Capital Management and Reve Asset Management in Felix SICAF.
Prelios acquired Naples Palazzo della Zecca, a portfolio asset of Fondo Immobiliare primo RE which belongs to Cassa dei Dottori Commercialisti, Italian chartered accountants pension fund (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The asset aims to achieve the BREEAM In‑Use Very Good certification ahead of becoming a a contemporary accommodation facility based on the YellowSquare concept, namely a new-generation hostel that combines hospitality, socialising and cultural activities. Ferdinando Boccia is the chairman of Cassa Dottori Commercialisti. Nicola Sajeva is Prelios head of Asset & Development Management. Fabio Coppola is the co-founder of YellowSquare.
Sources said to BeBeez that InvestiRE (Banca Finnat) signed for the sale of Rome’s NTT Data Italia offices that belonged to Rocket, a vehicle that also BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory Italy and JLL manage, to an Italian operator (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The asset is of 21500 sqms . In 2017, Rocket paid 7.3 million euros for the asset that has the BREEAM In-Use – Very Good certification.
