Robert Irving Burns appoints Chrissie Fairweather as head of residential sales
Robert Irving Burns (RIB) in central London has announced the appointment of Chrissie Fairweather as its new head of residential sales. She will join Julia Garber, head of residential, in providing senior leadership across the residential team.
Fairweather brings more than three decades of experience in the prime central London market, having begun her career in residential property in the early 1990s, working with agencies including Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward and York Estates.
In her new role she will work alongside her daughter Nikita who joined RIB as a negotiator in 2024.
Fairweather said: “Clients absolutely love the fact we’re a mother/daughter team; it delivers a different level of trust and teamwork through a bespoke service that other agencies can’t provide.”

Jean-Pierre Clapes joins Stacks Property Search
Stacks Property Search has expanded its London team with the appointment of Jean-Pierre Clapes, who will focus on East London and surrounding areas.
Clapes joins from buying agency Maison Hunt and has previously worked in television and property. His TV background includes producing Channel 4’s A Place in the Sun, and he has also worked in London agency roles at Knight Frank.
He is fluent in English, French and Spanish and will work with international and domestic buyers in areas including Islington, Hackney and wider East London.
Clapes said he will focus on residential property across East London and parts of North London, an area he describes as increasingly popular with international buyers.
“West London has traditionally attracted a very international, often more transient audience,” said Clapes. “Whereas in East London, what you tend to find is a stronger sense of community – people choosing to stay, put down roots and grow into an area over time. It’s also where a lot of buyers today feel they can still create something — whether that’s a home, a lifestyle, or long-term value. There’s a real sense of momentum, and that’s what continues to draw people in.”
Tom Boxall joins Bidwells
Bidwells has announced the appointment of Tom Boxall who joins as a partner within the firm’s Operational Living Capital Markets division.
Boxall joins from Unite Students where he spent the last two years as acquisition and development manager. Prior to this he worked with Avison Young where he started his career as a graduate and worked his way up to associate director within residential and mixed-use development advisory for private and public sector clients.
