Major estate agency group completes second acquisition in a week

Campions Group has expanded further in London with its second acquisition in a week, underlining its shift to focus solely on the capital.

The group has acquired the residential agency division of Madison Brook, following its recent purchase of Aston Chase. The move builds on a strategy unveiled earlier this year to exit its South West operations and concentrate on London.

The latest deal strengthens Campions’ sales and lettings platform, adding an established agency with a long-standing presence in the market. Over the past 15 years, Madison Brook has developed a residential business with a broad client base across London.

Founded in 2023, Campions Group operates across sales, lettings, new homes and property management, and also owns brands including Chestertons, Chase Buchanan, Retirement Homesearch and Campions Lettings & Management.
