Strutt & Parker appoints director to drive prime central London growth

Strutt & Parker has appointed Alex Robinson as a director within its broker team as it looks to expand its presence in prime central London.
Robinson joins from Knight Frank, where he spent seven years working in the firm’s private office and was most recently a partner. He brings 15 years’ experience across residential and commercial property.
In his new role, Robinson will work alongside Strutt & Parker’s national network of offices and brokers within its private client team, supporting the firm’s growth ambitions in London’s high-value residential sector.
According to Robinson, the move represents a significant step in his career.
“Joining Strutt & Parker is a pivotal opportunity to be part of a business on a path of significant growth,” he said.
“I look forward to working alongside some of the best names in this industry as we expand services into key markets and introduce clients to the service-focused approach the business is known for.”
Claire Reynolds, UK head of sales at Strutt & Parker, believes Robinson’s reputation makes him a strong addition to the business.
“Alex has one of the leading reputations in our industry, renowned for his discretion, integrity and credibility in some of the city’s most complex and sensitive transactions,” she said.
“He is a brilliant fit for our business and brings the energy and client focus that complements our growth ambitions.”
The appointment follows a period of investment and change at Strutt & Parker, including a recent rebrand encompassing a new visual identity, updated marketing services and a refurbishment programme across its nationwide office network.
The firm has also been expanding its workforce, including the introduction of a hybrid broker model in London backed by shareholder BNP Paribas.
Lismore promotes ‘rising star’ to senior surveyor

Lismore Real Estate Advisors has promoted Chrissie Clancy-Crofts to senior surveyor within its Edinburgh team as the firm continues to expand its advisory capacity.
Clancy-Crofts first engaged with the business in 2022 through a work experience programme while studying, before formally joining the firm in November 2024. In her new role, she will take on increased responsibility and play a greater part in delivering Lismore’s strategic objectives.
Clancy-Crofts said the promotion marked an important milestone in her career.
“I am thrilled to step into this new role at such an exciting time for Lismore,” she said. “I have really had the opportunity to grow within the business and I look forward to continuing to support our clients and contributing to the firm’s bright future.”
Colin Finlayson, director at Lismore, said the promotion reflected Clancy-Crofts’ development since joining the company. “We identified Chrissie as a rising star during her time with us as a work experience student and have been keen to support her development ever since,” he said.
“She has built strong technical and analytical skills, demonstrates excellent problem-solving ability and has developed a great rapport with her clients. This promotion is thoroughly deserved.”
The appointment comes as Lismore marks its sixth anniversary, with the firm highlighting its focus on nurturing talent as it responds to growing market demand. Since its launch in March 2020, the business has advised on more than £2bn of Scottish investment transactions, establishing a reputation for client-focused advice across the sector.
