e.surv chartered surveyors has entered a strategic partnership with eXp UK, connecting its national surveying network with eXp’s 900-strong network of estate agents across the country.
Under the agreement, eXp UK agents can access e.surv’s referral partner programme, offering RICS-regulated property surveys to clients while earning referral fees and reducing administrative workload.
The partnership comes amid a cautious property market, where buyers increasingly rely on professional guidance. By providing easier access to independent survey services, the collaboration aims to help agents deliver more informed advice and a smoother transaction process.
