Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. as facility agent on the reorganisation of the group financing of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG.
The syndicated credit facility arranged in 2023 was replaced early by a new revolving syndicated loan of €436 million with a slightly modified banking syndicate, maturing in 2030. The new facility refinances the previous credit line and extends the maturity profile of the group financing.
The banking syndicate comprises Bank of China, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, ING, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, NordLB, SaarLB and UniCredit.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by counsel Sascha H. Schmidt and included partner Thomas Flatten and associate Marie-Christin Frowerk (all Frankfurt), partner Jeremy Duffy (London) and associates Monica Shah (London), Yutaka Ichikawa (Tokyo) and Bettina de Catalogne (Paris and New York).
