Italian furniture retailer Chateau d’Ax completed the restructuring of its 50 million euros debt started in 2018 and is close to end its receivership by early 2026 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Alessandro Colombo said that the company aims to increase its franchising presence in East Europe, the Middle East and India.
Italy’s iCCT-illimity Credit & Corporate Turnaround aims to raise to 67% its stake in Italian dry fruit distributor Noberasco of which it acquired a 10% in 2024 from the eponymous family (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The Italian Antitrust Authority set the 9 December, Tuesday, as the deadline for eventual appeals.
