As many of you may already know, renowned property industry figure Michael Day has written and recorded a Christmas single, with all proceeds going to Diabetes UK and The Propertymark Trust.
The song, which titled Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, is now supported by an AI animated video can be viewed and listened to for free or downloaded for a minimum donation of £2.
“Hopefully people will, on the basis of supporting charity, actually donate a higher amount,” said Day.
