United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty executive partner Becky Fatemi and head of the family office Marcus O’Brien have been included in the Sotheby’s International Realty Top 100, which recognises individuals and teams with the highest closed sales volume across the company’s global network of 26,100 brokers in 1,100 offices across 84 countries.
Selection for the Top 100 is based solely on total closed sales volume from the previous year.
The 2025 Top 100 reception was held at the Diagrid Club in New York City.
Fatemi’s recognition reflects more than two decades working in the London property market. She founded Rokstone, the luxury real estate agency that generated more than £9bn in sales. In 2023, the estate agency merged with United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty.
Having been honoured in the Top 100 list for the second consecutive year, O’Brien’s recognition represents a career defined by stellar achievements: from concluding the UK’s most expensive residential sale at £210m to securing the most valuable rental contract in British history.
Since joining United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty in 2023, he has established the family office division, dedicated to providing tailored services across the Sotheby’s spectrum to UHNW clients with absolute discretion. He is entrusted by leading private banks, family offices and law firms to act on behalf of their clients.
Fatemi and O’Brien have collaborated on several landmark sales for the UK brokerage in the past year, totalling nearly £1bn in sales value, according to United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty.

Fatemi said: “Sotheby’s offers a level of collaboration across territories that is unmatched, with teams who share knowledge and work seamlessly across borders. Being in 84 countries ultimately makes us the only true global agent. It is a brand and network built on innovation, ambition and integrity, and being part of it pushes you to raise your standards every single day.”
“London has faced real challenges this year, from shifting sentiment to tightening regulations, but expertise and experience matter most in tricky markets. Our results have been driven by deep client relationships, creative negotiation and the ability to tap into international demand with the Sotheby’s brand behind us and a network that opens doors in every major market.”
“This recognition is ultimately about my team and our clients. Their trust, loyalty and drive are what fuel everything we do. And with the Sotheby’s brand and network behind us, we are more determined than ever to shake up the property industry, challenge outdated thinking and deliver a level of service that sets a new benchmark. We are only just getting started.”
O’Brien added: “To be named within the Top 100 is an immense honour, particularly given the scale of our international network and the calibre of expertise it represents. The heritage of Sotheby’s International Realty and its global reach undoubtedly underpin our firm’s reputation and I look forward to building on these foundations in the years ahead.”
