Fine & Country has announced the launch of further licences, on the Isle of Man and in West London, increasing the brand’s presence in the property market.
On the Isle of Wight, the licence officially commenced on 1st October 2025, with full operations planned from January 2026.
Directors Tom Carter, Mark Fish, and Jamie Tulloch, who already lead Fine & Country’s operations in North Wales and The Wirral, Formby & South Lancashire, manage the Isle of Man territory.
“The opportunity for us with Fine & Country on the Isle of Man is exceptional,” said Carter. “The premium market here ranges from £1,000,000 to almost £8,000,000 at present, with recent sales up to £15,000,000. The brand is perfectly positioned to service this market. I genuinely believe that Fine & Country launching represents a defining moment in the Isle of Man property market, as the level of marketing and international exposure we provide has never been seen on the island before.”
The expansion to the Isle of Man follows the team’s strong performance in North Wales and The Wirral, Formby & South Lancashire.
Tulloch explained: “Our successes in our current territories have shown what the brand can achieve when its full capabilities are applied. The processes we have put in place generate exceptional results for clients and we are keen to implement them here.
“The Isle of Man is a logical next step, given the synergy we see between our existing operations and the island. With Fine & Country entering the market for the first time, this is a truly exciting moment.”
Commenting on the launch, Jonathan Handford, interim managing director of Fine & Country, said: “Tom, Mark, and Jamie have had an outstanding 2025, delivering exceptional results across their territories. Their expertise, strategic approach, and proven systems make this expansion onto the Isle of Man a natural and highly promising next step.
“I have every confidence that their performance here will match and exceed the excellent standards they’ve set elsewhere, and that Fine & Country will quickly become the leading brand for premium properties on the island.”
Meanwhile, Fine & Country has also expanded its presence in West London – within the Holland Park area.
The Holland Park territory will be managed by the existing West London team.
The expansion follows success across Chiswick, Ealing, Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush, and Fulham.
Ben Madden, Director, commented: “Holland Park was a natural next step for us. The area reflects the same type of client and property profile we’ve already had great success with, and we see clear potential to deliver the same high standards of service and marketing there. We’ve already begun working in the area from our existing West London hub and are excited to extend our service into this highly sought-after market.”
“Holland Park is an area with a diverse demographic, from established professionals and families to international buyers, drawn by the combination of period homes, premium apartments, and proximity to the best of London life,” Madden added. “It aligns more closely with the feel of an inner West London suburb than a purely Central London market, making it an ideal extension of our existing West London operations.”
He continued: “We’ve spent the past six years developing a market-leading Fine & Country business across West London, supporting the wider Fine & Country London network and setting new standards in marketing, service delivery, and results. Expansion is a natural part of our journey as we continue to build on that momentum.”
