The Voice of the Agent Conference, set to take place at Bletchley Park on Friday 7 November 2025, has announced its full programme, featuring a mix of established property experts and first-time speakers from the fields of data, insight, and behavioural science.
Among the 19 confirmed speakers are several new faces to the property sector, including Will Ullstein, CEO of YouGov UK; Ben Nicholas, Head of Property and Real Estate at Experian; and Phill Agnew, host of the UK’s top-ranking marketing podcast, Nudge. Each brings a focus on evidence-led strategy, data analysis, and consumer behaviour — themes increasingly central to the future of estate agency.
The one-day event will be held at the historic former home of Britain’s World War II codebreakers, drawing a symbolic link between intelligence, innovation and industry transformation.
The conference is underpinned by findings from the latest Voice of the Agent Report, a nationwide study capturing the views of agents and consumers. Speakers will explore how those insights can be turned into practical strategies for growth, efficiency, and improved customer experience.
“Agents are surrounded by more data, more technology, and more noise than ever,” said Simon Leadbetter, CEO of We Are Unchained, the company behind the event. “Our aim with Voice of the Agent is to decode it. Bringing in figures like Will Ullstein, Ben Nicholas and Phill Agnew allows us to step outside the echo chamber and explore what really drives decision-making, behaviour, and trust.”
Alongside its headline names, the conference features a diverse cast of industry leaders and innovators. Heather Staff, CEO of Street Group, will open the day with a session on the future of estate agency, followed by a keynote from Kate Faulkner examining the political realities behind the housing crisis.
A panel on prime property – featuring Maria Santillana (DDRE Global), Alexandra Wood (Savile Row tailor), Elaine Penhaul (Lemon and Lime Interiors) and Ross D’Aniello (Chartwell Noble) – will explore the art and psychology of selling aspiration.
Toby Martin, chief content officer at We Are Unchained, said: “The goal of The Voice of the Agent wasn’t just another day of presentations – it was to curate something that would make agents think differently. The mix of perspectives this year, from market data to behavioural science, means every delegate will leave not only informed but inspired to act.”
Delegates will receive an exclusive Voice of the Agent pocketbook featuring key data and insights from the latest research, alongside a packed day of sessions, networking, and discussion designed to challenge industry assumptions.
