Four stars AN Hotel Milano San Donato (fka Rege Hotel San Donato Milanese, bankrupted in 2021) started to operate after AN Hotels acquired it in 2024 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Sources said to BeBeez, that the buyer purchased the asset through an insolvency auction with a least bid of 4.885 million euros at Milan Court. Six-floors AN Hotel San Donato has 102 rooms, a wellness area, internal garden and a soon-to open restaurant. AN aims to open new hotels in Portofino, Rapallo, Serravalle Scrivia, and Piacenza.
Italian real estate developer 2C Sviluppo Immobiliare and Vector Fund, a vehicle that Prelios manages, inaugurated BoxenGo, a 7500 sqms Leed Platinum B2B self-storage facility on a 12000 sqms area in Peschiera Borromeo (Milan area) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Patrick Del Bigio heads Prelios which retained DLA Piper while 2C Sviluppo Immobiliare hired LR & Partners. Best Mind acted as technical advisor. William Binella is the ceo and founder of BoxenGo. Giovanni Cassinelli is the ceo of 2C Sviluppo Immobiliare.
