Netigate, a Stockholm-based experience management software provider, has acquired Mopinion, a Dutch company specialising in digital feedback tools for web, app, and email channels. The deal brings together Netigate’s analytics and survey automation with Mopinion’s real-time feedback collection technology. Both companies serve large European enterprises across sectors such as retail, aviation, and finance. Following the acquisition, the two platforms will be integrated to offer organisations a single system for gathering and analysing customer and employee feedback, with a particular focus on AI-driven insights and compliance with European data protection standards.
Netigate enables organisations to gather, analyse, and act on customer and employee feedback. Its platform combines survey tools, analytics, and AI-driven insights to support decision-making and improve organisational processes. Founded in Stockholm in 2005, Netigate serves over 1,500 customers globally and employs more than 100 people across offices in Stockholm, Frankfurt, and Helsinki. Since 2022, the company has been majority-owned by private equity fund GRO Capital.
“By joining forces with Mopinion, we are answering the clear demand for consolidation of capabilities in the European experience management market, to support customers even further,” says Maria Börjesson, CEO of Netigate. “Our customers are asking for one unified platform that brings together feedback from various sources, including digital feedback, employee experience, advanced analytics, and actionable insights. This acquisition delivers exactly that.”
Mopinion provides digital feedback software for websites, mobile apps, and email campaigns. The platform allows organisations to collect user input in real time and analyse it to improve digital experiences. Headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, Mopinion works with organisations across industries, including airlines, retail, finance, and energy, to support their digital feedback processes.
“By uniting Mopinion’s solutions with Netigate’s, we’ll capture richer signals, surface AI-driven insights, and accelerate outcomes,” says Udesh Jadnanansing, founder at Mopinion. Co-founder Kees Wolters continues: “This is a powerful step forward, as we’ll create the European answer to fragmented global solutions. We’re combining Mopinion’s strength in digital experience with Netigate’s deep expertise in analytics and enterprise feedback management.”
The acquisition brings together Netigate’s established experience management solution, trusted by leading organisations such as Spotify, Lufthansa, and DB Schenker, with Mopinion’s award-winning real-time digital feedback technology, used by companies including Air France-KLM, Vodafone, and Allianz.
Netigate and Mopinion are combining their capabilities to offer a unified solution for managing customer experiences across the entire journey. This integration brings together Netigate’s analytics, survey automation, and AI-driven trend detection with Mopinion’s real-time digital feedback tools.
Organisations will be able to collect feedback at various touchpoints, such as websites, apps, post-purchase surveys, and employee initiatives, and view it all in one secure platform. AI will analyse feedback, identify trends, and uncover root causes, while clear dashboards will help translate insights into actions.
The joint solution aims to help companies focus on the improvements that have the biggest impact, enabling medium and large enterprises across industries like retail, e-commerce, hospitality, finance, and energy to achieve faster and more precise outcomes from their businesses to drive growth.
“There is a clear need for a strong European Experience Management player to consolidate the market, who has deep knowledge of the European market specifics and its security and data protection requirements,” Lars Lunde, Chairman of Netigate & Partner at GRO Capital, explains. “This acquisition positions Netigate as that player, combining powerful AI and analytics with best-in-class digital feedback capabilities, developed and hosted in Europe.”
A webinar with Maria Börjesson, Udesh Jadnanansing, and Kees Wolters will take place on October 16, where viewers can learn more about the acquisition, the joint vision, and how it will bring value to companies.
