Knight Frank’s residential research department has announced the launch of its new regular podcast, Housing Unpacked, offering listeners an insider’s view on the forces shaping the UK housing market.
Hosted by Tom Bill, Knight Frank’s head of UK residential research and one of the country’s foremost property market commentators, Housing Unpacked will feature in-depth conversations with industry leaders, analysts and policy experts.
Each episode will explore the latest developments in housing, the economy, taxation and government policy – unravelling complex market trends for a broad audience of homeowners, investors and industry professionals.
Bill will be joined by a rotating cast of guests offering fresh perspectives from across the property and financial sectors. A regular contributor will be Michael Brown, seasoned financial market analyst at Pepperstone, who will provide expert insight into economic trends and their impact on housing.
“From mortgage rates to government policy changes, the housing market has never been more dynamic or more closely tied to the wider economy,” said Bill. “With Housing Unpacked, we aim to give listeners clear, concise, and intelligent commentary – painting the bigger picture, cutting through the noise and delivering the facts that matter.”
Episodes of Housing Unpacked will be available on all major podcast platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Google Podcasts. Listen to the first episode here.
