Knight Frank has strengthened its presence in East Anglia with the opening of a new residential sales office in Woodbridge, Suffolk.
The team will be led by Georgie Veale, who steps into the role of Director and Head of East Anglia Sales following six years with the Farms and Estates team in the London-based Country Department.
This expansion builds on the success of Knight Frank’s Cambridge office and reflects the firm’s long-term commitment to the region’s property market.
This latest announcement comes less than a fortnight since Knight Frank opened a new residential office in Windsor, further expanding its presence within the Home Counties.
Georgie Veale, director and head of East Anglia sales at Knight Frank, commented: “East Anglia continues to attract a rich buyer pool both nationally and internationally, drawn to its charming towns, hidden villages, and exceptional quality of life. The Woodbridge office allows us to meet this growing demand whilst continuing to deliver the personalised client led advice Knight Frank prides itself on.
“Having lived in Suffolk for over 20 years, I’m passionate about showcasing the incredible lifestyle this region has to offer and guiding our clients through today’s property market with integrity, insight, and a tailored approach.”
James Cleland, head of country business at Knight Frank, added: “We have for a long time wanted to strengthen our presence in East Anglia and we’re delighted to do so with the opening of our new Woodbridge office. Georgie is the ideal person to lead the team, bringing to her clients and customers the skills and expertise learned from years in our Country Department, alongside her love for her Suffolk roots and her deep local knowledge.”
