UK Sotheby’s International Realty appoints Alex Isidro as managing director
United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the promotion of Alex Isidro to the role of managing director, effective immediately. He has served as the company’s chief operating officer for the past two years, contributing to its strategic growth in the prime and super-prime residential market.
A strong background in real estate includes 12 years at Foxtons, and Isidro has built up an impressive understanding of the UK property market. Since joining UK Sotheby’s International Realty, he has played a critical role in streamlining operations, driving performance and fostering a results-driven culture within the business. It has just reported sales of £588 million for the first half of 2025.

Lomond appoints Kate Swann as chair to the board
Lomond has announced the appointment of Kate Swann as chair to the board, to supporting the company’s expansion strategy following on from the partnership investment by ICG in December last year.
Swann has a strong track record of leading high-growth businesses including successful tenures as CEO of WHSmith and SSP Group, where she delivered significant growth and shareholder value. Beyond her CEO roles, she has held a number of non-executive director positions on the boards of prominent companies and is currently chair of IVC Evidensia, Moonpig, Parques Reunidos, and Beijer Ref.

Kitty Halley appointed partner of Harding Green
Kitty Halley will be joining Harding Green as a partner, the latest step in a 10-year career that includes roles at Savills and Wetherell in Mayfair and St James’.
