Kensington-based Harding Green has announced a new strategic partnership with Jersey agency Gaudin & Co.
This alliance supports Harding Green’s continued growth and expansion of its bespoke service into the Channel Islands, and will be led by Pollyanna Hunter, a Harding Green partner with over 13 years of experience in prime real estate.
Jersey remains an attractive choice for many thanks to its favourable tax environment, excellent schooling options, and proximity to both the UK and Europe. The island’s appeal to international investors and families continues thanks to sterling currency and its reputation as a well-regulated offshore financial centre. Around three in four of the Island’s high-net-worth individuals originate from the UK.
Nick Carter, CEO of Harding Green, commented: “We are proud to partner with Gaudin & Co, whose reputation and values closely align with our own. Like Harding Green, they believe in long-term relationships, working as a team and putting clients first at every step.
“As we continue to follow the needs of our clients beyond England, it’s vital for us to work alongside trusted local experts who share our commitment to delivering a joined-up, high-quality service. This partnership reflects that ambition perfectly.”
Jon Rabey, head of high value residency at Gaudin & Co, said: “We are thrilled to announce our strategic partnership with Harding Green, a firm that shares our commitment to integrity and exceptional client service. This collaboration will enable us to provide an even more seamless experience for both buyers and sellers, combining Gaudin & Co’s unrivalled local expertise with Harding Green’s extensive reach and innovative approach.
“Together, we are perfectly positioned to support clients moving between London and Jersey, ensuring they receive the highest level of advice and care at every stage of their property journey.”
