Zenith Global, an Italian credit servicer that belongs to Arrow Global, said it completed a securitization of UTPs and NPLs with an aggregate face value of 100 million euros that an undisclosed Italian bank originated (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Umberto Rasori is the ceo of Zenith Global which retained A&O Shearman.
Sources said to BeBeez to ARECneprix, an asset manager that belongs to Milan-listed illimity, fetched 30 million euros out of the sale of Rome’s Talenti Village to undisclosed buyers that retained Materia Laisa as legal advisor (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The vendors received assistance from Legance. Marco Sion Raccah and Daniele Levi Formiggini are the ceo and the head of Real Estate Services of ARECneprix.
Sources said to BeBeez that luxury eco-friendly DCA certified Hotel Milano Scala, close to Teatro alla Scala, is holding talks with labour unions as it closed its activities after the Modena Family sold the real estate assets to Geos, a firm that belongs to undisclosed owners through Cordusio Fiduciaria (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Magma Unipersonale, a firm of Lodovico Bonaccorsi, Lucrezia Bonaccorsi and Lucilla Bonaccorsi, is holding talks for the management of Hotel Milano Scala, the sources said.
