Sonia Tubiana joins White & Case as a partner in Paris

Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Global Private Equity Industry Group with the addition of Sonia Tubiana as a partner in Paris.

Sonia advises private and public clients on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She joins White & Case from Freshfields, where she was counsel, and brings more than ten years of experience.
