BeBeez will be the media partner of the Piccaia Golf Cup an event that the Italian artist Giorgio Piccaia promoted and that will take place between 25 May, Monday, and 26 October, Sunday (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The first match will take place in Golf dei Laghi – Varese.
Germany’s Patrizia AG acquired two premium logistic high-energy efficiency assets based in Tuscany worth in the region of 30 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The portfolio includes a last mile asset that UPS rented in Florence area and a Lucca-based cross-docking building for which Essity signed a lease. Pierluigi Scialanga is Patrizia’s heads of Italy investments while Emile Poort acts as co-head of investment management and head of investment management logistics. In May 2024, Matteo Andreoletti, Patrizia Infrastructure’s Head of Investments for Europe and North America, said to BeBeez Magazine that the firm already invested 600 million in Italy. The Hotel Bellevue in iconic Italian ski resort Cortina d’Ampezzo will openat the end of 2026 with the Accor Hotels brand Emblems Collection (see here a previous post by BeBeez). In August 2022, Prodea Investments (75%) and Invel Real Estate – Eudora Fund (25%) paid 49 million euros for acquiring the asset from six vendors. The boutique hotel is in the town’s main street Corso Italia and will have 80 luxury rooms (27 suites with a panoramic view) and a 500 sqms SPA. Italian architects firm pconp will carry on the project and shared with BeBeez the initial drafts. Alessia Genova is a principal of Tihany Design which will handle the interiors. Paul Rosenberg is the Emblems Collection vice-president for the development of luxury brands in France, Southern Europe and North Africa. Maud Bailly is the ceo of Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems. Marianna Papachristophorou is the head of Hospitality of Invel Real Estate, the owner of Athens-listed Prodea Investments.
Hotel Bellevue Draft Project
Italian leisure company Gruppo VIlla d’Este, a firm of the Fontana Family, acquired Albergo Terminus and Vista Lago di Como from Lario Hotels, a chain that belongs to the Passera Family, without disclosing details (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The vendor will manage the hotels until 30 November, Sunday, and on 1 December, Monday, the buyers will take charge. Lario Hotels will keep the brand of Vista Lago di Como. Studio Rock, TR-Lex, Studio RMA, and EY Hospitality advised the vendors. Lario Hotels belongs to Corrado Passera (45%), Bianca Passera (45%), Luigi Passera, and Sofia Passera (10%).
Italian producer of architectural envelopes Permasteelisa, a portfolio company of US investment holding Atlas Holding since 2020 received from AXA Alts IM the award for the contract for the design and installation of the 36 floors tower Fifty Fenchurch Street, a London building that Eric Parry Architects designed (see here a previous post by BeBeez).
Italian pensions provider INPS allocated three commercial and office buildings in Fondo i3 INPS, a vehicle that Invimit manages and that belongs to the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance – MEF, (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Gabriele Fava is the chairman of INPS.
