Keiron Humphreys joins Spicerhaart as one of its MDs

Spicerhaart’s ambitious growth and acquisition strategy has attracted Keiron Humphreys, 46, who has joined as managing director of the ‘Taurus Chapter’.
His responsibilities will include overseeing estate agency brands haart, Haybrook, Butters John Bee, and Darlows.
With a 27-year career at Countrywide, where he rose to regional director, Humphreys brings plenty of experience and leadership to Spicerhaart.
“This is a game-changing moment for Spicerhaart, and I’m thrilled to be part of it,” said Humphreys. “The scale of growth and investment here is unlike anything we’ve seen in years. My passion is building environments where people thrive, and I can’t wait to bring that energy to the team.”
Humphreys’s journey in estate agency began when he was talent spotted as a teenager while working in retail. By 20, he was a branch manager, and by 24, an area manager — fast-tracking his career and earning a stellar reputation in the industry.
Spicerhaart’s Joint CEO, Antony Lark, commented: “This is a huge coup for us. Keiron is one of the most respected names in the industry, and his leadership will be invaluable as we continue to attract the best talent and push forward with our ambitious expansion plans.”
Humphreys will work in tandem with Tommy Taylor, the managing director of Spicerhaart’s Orion Chapter, supported by new performance and acquisition directors to help grow the business.
