Strato Create, a Vilnius-based startup in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector, has raised €167.4K in a bridge funding round to further develop its cloud-based automation platform aimed at streamlining home design, estimation, and sales processes. The funding, contributed by Coinvest Capital and several business angels, will support the company’s expansion into international markets and enhance the platform’s capabilities. Strato Create’s technology integrates real-time builder data and advanced algorithms to automate design, optimize energy calculations, and facilitate collaboration between architects, builders, and homebuyers, potentially reducing design time by up to 80%. The platform is intended to address inefficiencies in the industry by providing a comprehensive, data-driven solution that replaces traditional, time-consuming workflows.
Strato Create is driving a fundamental shift in the construction industry by integrating cutting-edge technology and data-driven methodologies to replace outdated workflows with intelligent automation. It‘s platform, backed by builder data and powered by advanced algorithms, enables automated design, unlimited iterations, real-time price estimations, energy calculations, and seamless collaboration for AEC teams. It also bridges the gap between architects, builders, and homebuyers, bringing them together on a single, streamlined platform.
“The construction industry stands at the edge of a technological leap—yet it clings to outdated workflows, resisting the innovation reshaping every other sector. Strato Create is here to change that. By leveraging builder data and advanced algorithms, we’re replacing inefficiency with intelligence, fragmentation with seamless collaboration. It is essential to use technology and data to make intelligent decisions from the very first moment a home project begins.
We saw this need firsthand while developing our modular house system—countless hours spent on repetitive tasks like tailoring designs for clients, implementing changes, managing revisions, estimating costs, analyzing energy performance, and more. This inefficiency made it clear: the industry needed a smarter, more automated approach.“ says Beatrice Laurinkute, co-founder and CEO of Strato Create.
“The Strato team has an impressive track record of innovation, from modular homes to biopolymers and a cutting-edge integrated solution for architects and designers. They are driven by curiosity and ambition, constantly seeking to improve both their work and the tools they use. Unafraid to challenge the status quo, they stand apart from those merely seeking a comfortable place in the market.
Strato Create already serves clients in Lithuania, and we hope this new investment will accelerate their international expansion. With no comparable tool available globally, their solution addresses a universal challenge for anyone designing and outfitting spaces,” says Viktorija Trimbel, Managing Director at Coinvest Capital.
“The decision to invest in the startup was driven by its innovative approach to digital design and automation. The company’s vision and strong leadership demonstrated significant potential for rapid growth and market impact. Strato Create is seen as a game-changer in the industry, making it a promising investment opportunity,“ says Audrius Dzikevicius, the lead business angel of the investment round.
Strato Create automates home design, estimation, and sales, potentially reducing early design processes by up to 80%. By leveraging advanced mathematical optimization models and real-time builder data, it generates production-ready designs instantly, eliminating inefficiencies and costly errors.
Backed by builders’ data, architectural expertise, and construction tech, Strato streamlines early-stage design while managing client expectations. Users can explore, create, modify designs, see real-time pricing and 3D visualization, compare builders, choose architects, comment on projects, and keep all communication in one place.
Architects can input variables such as site dimensions, building regulations, other factors, and client preferences, and Strato create will produce multiple design options with price estimation, 3d visualization, energy calculation that optimize for these criteria and there is instant possibility to filter, compare different variations in different aspects. The tool helps architects to get more clients, reduce design time, and increase earnings.
“Strato Create enables us to respond swiftly to the demands of a dynamic market, providing potential buyers with visually appealing building designs and pricing in no time. This collaboration benefits architects, builders, manufacturers, and homebuyers alike,” says Jokubas Vaisvila, Chief Technology Officer at Strato Create.
Strato Create’s co-founder, Beatrice Laurinkute, comes from a background in creative industries and real estate, with a strong passion for innovation. Jokubas Vaisvila brings expertise in engineering, BIM, and digital construction, with a focus on automation and optimization in the industry. Together, their team has developed one of Europe’s largest 3D printers, a modular housing system, mycelium boards, geopolymer, bio-polyurethane, and other groundbreaking innovations.
