Stockholm-based Fibbl has secured €3 million in funding, with Industrifonden leading the round. The company provides a plug-and-play platform for integrating 3D and augmented reality (AR) into e-commerce, allowing brands to offer virtual try-ons and interactive product views. Over the past year, user interactions with Fibbl’s technology increased from 160,000 to 2.3 million as brands like SAMSONITE, Intersport, and GANT adopted its solutions. The new funding will be used to scale production capacity and further develop the platform, aiming to meet the rising demand for digital product visualization in online retail.
Fibbl specializes in 3D and augmented reality (AR) solutions for e-commerce. Its platform enables brands to transform traditional product images into interactive experiences, including 3D viewers, virtual try-ons, and AR placement. By streamlining 3D model production and integration, Fibbl helps retailers enhance online engagement, reduce return rates, and improve customer decision-making. The company serves leading footwear and accessory brands, with growing adoption across the European market.
“Over the past year, we’ve seen exponential demand for our 3D solutions—from hundreds of digital models to thousands, and now tens of thousands, “said Henrik Arlestig, CEO and co-founder of Fibbl. “This funding allows us to push the boundaries even further, expanding our reach, enhancing our technology, and ensuring that brands can offer their customers a superior, immersive shopping experience. We’re entering a new era where static images simply aren’t enough”.
Fibbl has gained remarkable traction over the past 12 months, with major brands such as SAMSONITE, Intersport, Rossignol, Hoff, and Lutha adopting its 3D approach. Long-term partners like GANT and Björn Borg have also deepened their investment in 3D, proving the impact of enhanced digital product experiences.
Over the past year, user interactions with Fibbl’s 3D technology surged from 160,000 in January 2024 to over 2.3 million in January 2025, reflecting the growing adoption of interactive product visualization in e-commerce. Brands integrating Fibbl’s 3D solutions have seen an 80% increase in time spent on product pages, leading to higher conversion rates and fewer returns. Additionally, customer case studies indicate that the platform has helped reduce content production time and costs. With its latest €3 million funding round, Fibbl plans to scale its 3D model production capabilities to meet rising demand and further its mission of making 3D technology more accessible, affordable, and scalable.
“Fibbl has built strong momentum, and we continue to support them as they scale their technology and expand their reach. The growing adoption by leading brands underscores the shift towards more interactive online shopping experiences, and we look forward to seeing Fibbl take the next step in their journey” comments Caroline Wadstein, Investor, Industrifonden.
