Alice Bullard promoted to CEO of Nested amid leadership transition

Nested has announced that Alice Bullard has been promoted to CEO of the company. She has been leading the self-employed estate agency business as managing director since June 2022, and founder Matt Robinson has now officially handed over the CEO title.
Bullard has been with Nested for seven and a half years, and the company says she has played a major role in shaping the company’s growth and culture.
So far this year, Nested has onboarded partners to the platform in Essex, Kent, Sussex, London, Hertfordshire, Shropshire, Hampshire, Yorkshire, and the Scottish Highlands, with more agents lined up to join the self-employed estate agency platform.
Matt Robinson, founder of Nested, commented: “Under Alice’s leadership, in 2024 we increased our revenue by 67%. Given the significant growth Nested has achieved over the past 12 months and her exceptional leadership, it is only fitting to formalise her role accordingly.”
Bullard added: “Over the past seven and a half years at Nested, the biggest lesson I’ve learnt is to never underestimate myself. I’ve been extremely fortunate to work with amazing people who have taught me so much along the way – those who’ve challenged me, pushed me out of my comfort zone, and helped me grow beyond what I ever thought possible.
“Working alongside the Nested HQ team and our partners, I feel incredibly proud to be surrounded by people who consistently break through the glass ceiling instead of settling beneath it.”
