Launched on November 5, 2024, Agentwise has expanded to over 800 members, bringing together a number of agents, including high-profile names, including Gary Hersham, Becky Fatemi, Grant Bates, among many others.
Agentwise says momentum continues to build – the COO of Knight Frank has just joined, along with the CEO of Nestseekers.
Developers also appear to recognise the potential value of the group, with major names such as 60 Curzon, Fenton, Berkeley Group, Cit, and more now part of the community.
Agentwise now plans to launch an all-in-one app integrating automation, AI-driven data search, email solutions, and property portals to streamline the agent experience, with a view to attracting 50,000-plus brokers and developers.

A separate WhatsApp group offering daily ideas for estate agents is proving popular.
The Daily Ideas for Estate Agents group was set-up by estate agent content creator Jerry Lyons late last year.
Its premise is simple – each weekday at 7am, an idea is shared to help agents improve their marketing, mindset and much more.
