The EA Directors Club dinner, hosted by Matt and Neil Baldock, who own and operate Essex-based estate agency Charles David Casson, will return on 20 February.
The monthly event, which is held in central London, was initially aimed exclusively at estate and letting agency owners and directors, including those under the ‘self employed’ models, with a guarantee of no suppliers, speeches, or sales pitches.
But invites for the dinner, which will take place at the new venue of the Thistle Hotel in Marble Arch, is now spread to branch managers and operations directors, among other senior company figures.
Baldock said: “In a time where collaboration seems more important than ever in our profession, we’re delighted to bring the dinner back as a safe space for agents to relax, share both ideas and worries, and help each other.
“We’re maintaining our policy of ‘no speeches, no suppliers and no sales’, this truly is an event for agents to benefit from, not be sold to.
“We are very lucky with the calibre of agent that comes along, including some of the biggest industry names and multiple award winners. It really is a chance to surround yourself with the very best people without the huge price tag of an awards do.”
Baldock added: “Organising this dinner can be a full time job so we’ve moved to bi monthly to give ourselves some breathing space, but also to make it easier for members to join us without the pressure of needing to be there every month. In addition to the dinner, regular attendees are welcomed into a really valuable WhatsApp group where the support continues”
Tickets for the dinner events can be purchased here.
