Iconic Galleria Manzoni di Milano is of interest to Urbano Cairo, Manfredi Catella and Gerardo Braggiotti (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The asset has a surface of 10000 sqms. Estate Four is advising the bidders.
Aristotele senior, a fund that Fabrica Immobiliare manages, acquired two buildings part of Milano 3.0 – Next Generation Living from High Garden – DeA Capital Real Estate, a vehicle in which Orion European Real Estate Fund V (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The buildings are for senior living.
Coop Alleanza 3.0 sold a 222 million euros worth portfolio of food retail assets of a total of 140000 sqms with a sale-and-lease back agreement (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Retail Partnership, a vehicle of BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Luxembourg that attracted the subscription of ICG Real Estate, acquired the assets. GRR GARBE Italy is the fund’s advisor. Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking financed the transaction and retained Legance while Ashurst, Greenberg Traurig Germany and DLA Piper Italy assisted GRR GARBE Retail and its investors. Savills Italia acted as broker.
Borgia Fund, a vehicle that Castello (part of Anima) manages, acquired Rome’s Hotel dei Borgia and rebranded it as Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rome Monti (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Leonardo Hotels Central Europe (LHCE) will manage the asset on behalf of its head company Tel Aviv-listed Fattal Hotel Group, the sole investor in Borgia fund. The hotel is of 5800 sqms and has 80 rooms. Yoram Biton heads LHCE. Castello belongs to Milan-listed Anima Holding (80%) that signed a call option for a 20% of the firm that Oaktree Capital Management currently owns.
Arrow Credit Opportunities II is close to acquiring a controlling stake in Portugal’s Monte Rei Golf & Country Club from Ramón Lopez (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Monte Rei is of 1000 acres.
