Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a pool of lenders and bondholders on a €606 million financing for French home services company Proxiserve.
Ultimately owned by investment funds managed or advised by Vauban Infrastructure Partners, Proxiserve provides essential energy efficiency services to public and private collective property managers, including heat, water, and electricity sub-metering, as well as the maintenance of heating and plumbing systems. The transaction aims to refinance the group’s existing debt and finance its general needs.
