Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint lead managers on mBank S.A.’s green issuance of €500 million 4.034% senior preferred MREL 6NC5 notes due 2030.
The notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the net proceeds from the issuance will be used exclusively for the financing or the re-financing of eligible projects in accordance with mBank’s Green Bond Framework.
The consortium of financial institutions acting as joint lead managers included Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Erste Group Bank AG, J.P. Morgan SE, UBS Europe SE and UniCredit Bank GmbH.
In addition to advising on the issuance, White & Case advised the joint lead managers on updating mBank’s €3 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme.
