Banco BPM said it sold a portfolio of more that 330 reale estate assets with a book value in the region of 295 million euros through a multi-tranche securitization (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Phoenix Asset Management, a company in which PIMCO holds a stake, and SPF Investment Management, will invest in the securitization through a special purpose vehicle. Banco BPM will buy the senior notes and will sell the assets for a fair value. Phoenix will acquire the mezzanine and junior notes. Giuseppe Castagna is the ceo of BPM that retained Alantra and Chiomenti as advisor.
Green Arrow Capital and CreaRe Group launched Mi.To Real Estate Investment Fund for mid-size residential real estate ESG investments in Milan and Turin (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The fundraising target is of 150 million euros. However, the vehicle already fetched 40 million and carried on a deal in Milan. Pierpaolo Fraudatario is the ceo of Crea.Re Advisory. Alessandro Di Michele is a managing partner and general manager of Green Arrow Capital.
Sandaya, a camping and luxury open-air tourism operator that belongs to InfraVia Capital Partners since 2021, created Sandaya Italia (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Roberto Franchi will head the subsidiary.
