Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the family investment holding company Evolem on the acquisition of Groupe Alipa’s industrial packaging division, which comprises three operating units: No-Nail Boxes, WaluPack Services and AllPack Services.
With the support of Evolem, the group aims to become the European leader in reusable plywood and wood industrial packaging.
