Based in Helsinki Jobilla, a company specialised in digital recruitment technology, has announced the launch of its latest AI-powered tools designed to streamline and enhance global recruitment efforts. With these innovations, Jobilla aims to significantly reduce the time and effort involved in setting up and managing recruitment campaigns, enabling companies to attract top talent from around the world with unprecedented ease.
The newly launched tools promise to cut campaign setup and execution time by at least 50%. By automating labour-intensive tasks such as ad creation, landing page content, and email drafts, as well as candidate screening, the platform allows recruiters to focus on what truly matters—identifying and securing the best candidates for their organizations. One of the standout features of these tools is their AI-driven localization capability, which generates native-level content in multiple languages, ensuring that recruitment campaigns resonate deeply with target audiences in different regions without the need for manual translations.
Alongside the launch of these innovative tools, Jobilla has also secured €6 million in additional funding to fuel its international expansion. The funding round was backed by prominent investors including Juuri Partners, Trind VC, Business Finland, and a group of business angels. Notably, Matti Vikkula, a seasoned executive with experience at PwC and currently the CEO of Biokraft International AB, has joined Jobilla as the Chair of the Board. The newly raised capital will be instrumental in further developing Jobilla’s AI-driven platform and solidifying its market presence across Europe.
Recruitment, often a time-consuming and costly endeavour, is fraught with challenges and risks. Jobilla’s AI-powered tools are designed to alleviate these burdens by automating many of the administrative tasks involved in the hiring process. This automation allows recruiters and HR professionals to dedicate more time to evaluating candidates and making informed hiring decisions. Moreover, the platform provides detailed candidate summaries and progress tracking, equipping recruiters with the data they need to confidently navigate the hiring process.
“AI won’t solve every challenge faced by recruiters and HR departments, but it can significantly reduce the time and costs associated with managing a hiring campaign,” said Henri Nordström, CEO of Jobilla. “With our new tools, we’ve eliminated many of the tedious tasks that bog down the recruitment process, allowing teams to concentrate on selecting the best candidates from an already strong pool.”
One of the major obstacles in talent acquisition is encouraging suitable candidates to apply for open positions. Jobilla’s data indicates that many highly qualified candidates are already employed and not actively seeking new opportunities, making them harder to reach. To address this, Jobilla’s AI tools enhance engagement by crafting personalized recruitment campaigns that speak directly to candidates in their native languages and cultural contexts. Additionally, the platform’s screening process is designed to inform candidates about their fit for a role through tailored questionnaires, rather than pressuring them to apply outright.
“At Jobilla, we leverage data to create more impactful and engaging recruitment campaigns,” Nordström continued. “We’ve found that candidates respond far better to content in their native language than to generic English copy. For companies looking to hire in new markets, creating such localized content has traditionally been prohibitively expensive. Our solution automates this process, enabling our customers to solve their recruitment challenges more cost-effectively—and now, we can do it in virtually any language.”
Jobilla currently runs over 8,000 recruitment campaigns annually across more than 50 countries. In recognition of its industry-leading solutions, Jobilla was named the best recruiting marketing platform by G2 in 2022. With its latest AI-driven tools and fresh capital injection, Jobilla is poised to continue its rapid growth and redefine the global recruitment landscape.
