Invesco Real Estate sold Time Building, an asset in Milan’s Via Fabio Filzi 29, to Fabrica Immobiliare (see here a previous post by BeBeez). CBRE advised the vendors. The office building signed tenancy agreement with several prime renteres and has the LEED for Core & Shell Development Platinum and BREEAM International In-Use Very Good certifications. Silvia Gandellini is the head of Capital Markets and Head of A&T High Street & F&B of CBRE Italy. Luca Bernardis is the Head of Office Investment Properties of CBRE Italy.
Xori Group, an engineering, renewable energy and real estate company that is an investor in Idec Group Italia (a joint venture that signed with French Idec Groupe), acquired Rebus Ingegneria & Architettura from Domenico Sardisco (98%) and Annalisa Militello (2%) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The target has sales of little above 0.316 million euros and net profits of 0.08 million.
