Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Puma Energy on the issuance of US$500 million 7.750% senior notes due 2029, as well as Puma Energy’s related cash tender offer of its outstanding 5.000% US dollar denominated senior notes due 2026.
The notes have been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s Euro MTF market and offered and sold pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S of the US Securities Act. The proceeds of the offering were used to refinance a portion of Puma Energy’s outstanding senior notes due 2026, which Puma Energy accepted for purchase as part of the related tender offer.
Puma Energy is a global energy company and one of the largest independent fuel distributors in the world with operations in 37 countries, primarily across its two core regions Latin America and Africa.
