Kryalos‘ Mars, a vehicle in which Blackstone invested, acquired two last-mile logistic assets in Rome area from Idea SGV, part of Gruppo Idea (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Sources said to BeBeez that ABB rented a 27500 sqms asset located in Rome’s Via Ardeatina 2491. The other 11400 sqms asset is in Rome area and its development may end in early 2025. Gianluca Vairani is the senior managing director Transaction Management & Head of ESG of Kryalos.
RealStep Sicaf, a real estate development company that targets former industrial assets, received from BPER Banca a financing facility of above 20 million euros for refubishing an asset in Milan’s Via Barrella 6 (Milano Certosa District) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Savills acquired the asset in 2022. RealStep will create a co-living building of 190 apartments that WAO-We Are Open, a startup proptech born in OneDay Group, will manage.
AC Finance, an Italian management consulting firm, raised 5 million euros through club deal platform Green Building Holding (GBH) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The vehicle also attracted the resources of Amerix Partners. GBH aims to build a portfolio of companies operating in the renewable energy sector ahead of a listing. Antonio Quintino Chieffo is the ceo of AC Finance.
Cloud Care, a business marketplace for the utility, insurance, and financial products that belongs to Investcorp, said it acquired the majority of Crea.re Digital and its real estate and mortgage broker platform vivoqui.it (see here a previous post by BeBeez).
DIF Capital Partners (DIF), an investor in infrastructures, hired Roberta Battaglia for heading its Milan bureau (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Battaglia previously worked for CDP Equity as head of Infrastructure and Deutsche Bank. Wim Blaasse is the ceo of DIF Capital Partners.
