Milan-listed Banca Ifis acquired Venice Palazzo San Pantalon, a buinding on which the iconic street artist Banksy painted “The Migrant Child” in May 2019 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). San Pantalon, a Padua-based company that belongs to Albergo Basilea, sold the asset and retained Studio Legale Bettiol, Molina & Associati while BonelliErede assisted Banca Ifis. Banca Ifis will refurbish the building that will become a space for street artists as part of the Social Impact Lab Kaleidos programme that already invested 7 million euros in 2022-2024.
Kryalos received from Bayerische Landesbank (BayernLB) two green loans for a total of 120 million euros that will support the vehicles Whitemoon and Pharo (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Whitemoon will invest the resources for financing the value of a 38500 sqms asset based in Milan (Viale Fulvio Testi 280/6) that received the certifications LEED Gold and BREEAM In-use Very Good. Whitemoon acquired the building in October 2018 from hausInvest – Commerz Real. Pharo will invest the proceeds in a 35300 sqms Milan-based building in Via Gattamelata 30-34 mq that has the certifications LEED Gold and BREEAM In-use Excellent. Generali Real Estate sold the asset to Pharo in 2018.
Logistics Capital Partners (LCP), a developer of logistic asset and wholesale grocery chain Metro Italia singed a strategic agreement (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The firms will develop a 26000 sqms logistic asset in Pontedera (Pisa area – Tuscany). Metro Italia will occupy 9000 sqms of the building with its Food Service Distribution (FSD). LCP and Metro Italia received assistance from De Faveri & Partners.
